    Was on the lookout for a new Yoga mat after my previous one started to leave broken residues. I have been practicing Yoga for 5 years now and bought my fair share of Yoga mats.

    This time, after some research, I realized that most yoga mats even the more famous names- are made out of materials that play havoc with the health by releasing toxic fumes and upon skin contact.

    I chanced upon this mat- and this is a pleasant surprise! Not just a pleasant and practical design and color, but the right thickness for me. I can hold poses without slipping and no pain.

    Almost all mats are marketed as non-slip but are not actually. I sweat quite a bit, especially on the palms and feet, and the grip of this mat is amazing and some more feels pretty luxury.

    This mat, is more premium than the one I had before. As for durability, only time will tell, but feels pretty solid and for the long term. I may even buy another one when they go on sale 😊😊😊- great for gifting.
